Victoria Mathis is Regional Manager for American Residential Investment Management.

Victoria began her career in 2008 as a Leasing Consultant in her hometown of Chapel Hill, NC.

Winning multiple awards throughout her early career, her responsibilities quickly grew to include managing multiple properties’ operation and renovation strategies. Her willingness to relocate, along with her proven success leading teams and executing capital improvement plans, allowed for an organic move to the Regional Manager role.

Victoria is results-driven and is dedicated to developing and maintaining relationships with all employees, residents and vendors.

Her hands-on approach to multifamily management has made her one of the best in the business.
