Chris Bloom is the Director of Multifamily of American Residential Investment Management.  After graduating from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill in 2008 with a degree in Economics, Chris quickly began his career in multifamily management.  Prior to joining American Residential, Chris transitioned from luxury product to successfully overseeing the management, renovation and rebranding of a large, value-add property.  With this experience and wide exposure to different asset classes and ownership approaches, Chris partnered with the American Residential team in 2011.  The vision, culture and challenges that existed with the motivation to grow the business was an instant fit.  Chris is responsible for the operation and renovation of our multifamily assets.  

With a heavy focus on operations, centered around respect and inspiration, Chris has succesfully worked with our teams to collectively achieve improved performance at each current and former multifamily property.
